Interview avec Anne-Emilie Decl\u00e8ves, co-coordinatrice de la plateforme, avec Sylvain Gabriele et Laurence Ris.<\/em><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong><span>Quelles sont les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la plateforme et ses principales expertises ?<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anne-Emilie Decl\u00e8ves : AdHuCell est une plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux m\u00e9thodes de cultures cellulaires complexes et innovantes en trois dimensions (3D). Cette plateforme est le fruit d\u2019une collaboration active entre l\u2019Institut de Recherche en Sciences et Technologies de la Sant\u00e9 (IS) et l\u2019Institut de Recherche en Biosciences (IBS) regroupant des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques dans le domaine de la physiologie, des pathologies humaines, des microsyst\u00e8mes pour le vivant et des biomat\u00e9riaux. Les cultures en 3D \u00a0permettent de mimer la complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019architecture des organes et tissus ce qui en font des mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9cliniques tr\u00e8s performants pour les travaux de recherches m\u00e9dicales, pharmacologiques et toxicologiques. Les expertises principales de la plateforme sont le d\u00e9veloppement de cultures multidimensionnelles (3D et organo\u00efdes) et leur standardisation \u00e0 l\u2019aide de microsyst\u00e8mes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par lithographie douce\u00a0qui permettent d\u2019\u00e9tudier diverses pathologies en mimant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques du microenvironnement cellulaire (souplesse, porosit\u00e9, aspect fibrillaire, densit\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines, microstructuration,\u2026) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des biomat\u00e9riaux bi- et tri-dimensionnels innovants. <span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong><span>A quels secteurs s\u2019adresse-t-elle ?<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anne-Emilie Decl\u00e8ves : la plateforme AdHuCell s\u2019adresse aux secteurs des biotechnologies ainsi qu\u2019au secteur pharmaceutique.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong><span>Pouvez-vous citer l&rsquo;un ou l&rsquo;autre \u00e9quipement exceptionnel ?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anne-Emilie Decl\u00e8ves : on peut notamment citer deux exemples :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019acquisition du syst\u00e8me de lithographie sans masque 2D\/3D automatis\u00e9e \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution (SU8 Station ElveFlow) permet la conception de micropuces standardis\u00e9es. La standardisation et la production de prototypes favorisera le d\u00e9veloppement de projets en partenariat avec l\u2019industrie et les centres de recherche.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acquisition d\u2019une station microscopie robotis\u00e9e de recherche enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9rique et automatis\u00e9 (Nikon Ji-AX) pour le screening d&rsquo;organo\u00efdes et de syst\u00e8mes 3D.
